Better be safe than sorry is one of the guidelines we adhere to when representing our clients in the region. Hence, this property will not be on our Recommended Properties List once we are ready to present to the client. This is why we love our work. Saving our clients from possible future problems even if it costs us the deal actually makes it worth every effort, and this is how we have built our reputation as straight forward and trustworthy over the decades.
